The Circus is in TOWN

The Circus with a theme of 'Out of Africa' has been in town for the last fortnight. Some friends and I visited. There was everything from the actors who were amazing with their stunts, to the ponies and the elephant. The clowns were very entertaining - one of whom asked for assistance from one of my friends.

Strawberry Picking....

As Saturday wasn't a good day to ride my bike to Central Otago to purchase berries, we went Strawberry picking in Winton. An awesome big paddock of strawberry plants.

Picked 3 punnets and also purchased some frozen raspberries.

They are or should I say WERE absolutely delicious. Some of them didn't even make it to the punnet... oops!!!










Most of them have now been hulled and frozen in the freezer for the ideal receipe or smoothie.
